Hi there! Below is the link to the building use request form for POVA-sponsored ministry events. We’re currently accepting requests for ministries like Cornerstones, Teens, PreTeens, Professionals, Men’s and Women’s Ministries, and others.
To help us plan effectively, please submit your form at least one month before your desired event date. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our Special Events Committee to confirm if the building is available and if staff can be on-site to support your event.
Just a quick note: Family Groups (Small Groups) typically meet in local communities rather than at the building, so we kindly ask that you don’t submit requests for those gatherings.
